The Azienda Agricola Sandro de Bruno is a newly constructed cantina located between Montecchia di Crosara and Terrossa di Roncą, in the province of Verona in the Monti Lessini hills.
Their production focuses exclusively on high quality wines, delicate and complex, reflecting the total identity of the land foundation which has important factors such as the optimum exposure, an altitude of 300-600 meters, the volcanic character of the soil and fresh clean climate.
From the vineyard to the cellar all the grapes and wine are examined in every detail: working to reducing exposure and in a very invasive way (manually harvested in boxes, sorting of the bunches and grapes, nitrogen saturation, soft pressing and decanting statically avoiding filtration) thus production wines that are produced in strict accordance to the best techniques and practising of winemaking under the guidance of Mr. Stefano Chioccioli.
In the video we see how the Moscato grapes are dried before being used to make the sweet passito wine.
The winery is open to the public and you are most welcome to visit them in Italy, see the vineyards, meet the owners and of course sample some of our world class wines.
