Le Vigne di Alice comes from Carpesica, in the production area of Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene.
This winery name captures perfectly the local hills, whose essence is sun, and vineyards, and dedication to a unique spot and to a craft, just as to a family.
Its opulent labels and elegant packaging, the engraved bottles that are almost collectors’ artworks: everything shows the feminine touch.
Cinzia Canzian and Pier Francesca Bonicelli are the owners.
They produce three wines: Alice Extra Dry, from 100% Prosecco grapes, Tajad cuvée Brut, from the varietes, Prosecco, Verdiso, Boschera; and Bianchetta.
The feminine elelment in the crafting of the wine reflects the positive traits of womankind: character, determination, genuineness, and passion.
Cinzia Canzian, a public relations professional with a background in classical studies, directs the winery's comunications and marketing.
- We craft an elegant image for our wines, but one that is luminous, crystalline, just like the Alice Prosecco bottle, because what gives visual pleasure should be on display, especially since a pale straw-yellow hue is the hallmark of Prosecco DOC and easily recognised by those who appreciate it.
In each bottle are our passions and our memories, our friendly chats and our best days, our smiles and our rages, our most hidden thoughts.-
What went into its creation is what it holds. Alice Prosecco Spumante is a smile winner, to be enjoyed in utter leisure and in warm friendship, styled for the feminine in the world and for those whose interests are feminine.
Pier Francesca Bonicelli, Vigne di Alice oenologist, has long experience in her family's winery and has always want to create her own Prosecco.
Three wines: Alice Extra dry, from 100% Prosecco Grapes, Doro Brut, from 100% Prosecco grapes, Tajad Cuvée brut, from the native varietes, Prosecco, Verdiso, Boschera, and Bianchetta.
The Alice Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene Extra Dry is produced exclusively from Prosecco DOC grapes. In its transparent bottle is an eloquent message of great distinctiveness, ready to yield its every secret, to speak the language of earth that created it, of the well-drained, low-nutrient soils so exceptionally suited to the vine.
Doro Brut is produced from Prosecco DOC grapes. Resulting from the natural fermentation of local Prosecco grapes from the hills of Conegliano, this wonderful sparkling wine is first made to age in steel tanks and then, for several more months, in the bottle. Bright and brilliant, abundant in froth it delivers a fine and persistent perlage that is delicate and slightly aromatic, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Alice Tajad is a brut-style sparkling wine from Prosecco, Verdiso, Boschera, and Bianchetta grapes.
Unique in name, appearance, and character, it showcases this area’s best, but increasingly rare, varieties, those that around the mid-19th century produced “the most delicious white wines,” largely exported by the Venetian Republic to Germany and Carinthia.
